Startup Dilemma: Should I Require a 1-Year Legal Agreement for New Hires?

I started a company two months ago. We are hiring freshers to develop software in my company. It is a purely startup company. So everyone is suggesting it is better to make a legal agreement for 1 year. Could you please provide the format for the fresher agreement?

What you are referring to is legally termed as 'fixed-term employment'. In such case, you project yourself as a company employee. Taking all employees on the above terms may cause legal issues.
