Issue with Employment and Forced Resignation
I have a serious problem regarding my employment with my employer:
1. They asked me to resign without any reason and stated that the company is reducing its manpower, so "we don't need you anymore, so you resign."
2. I refuse to resign as I have not made any mistakes in my job, always do my work in a proper manner and in line with standards, and have always been No.1 in my working territory. Therefore, why should I resign?
3. My employer has now transferred my work location from one place to another, and I have accepted it due to my many responsibilities for my family, so I had to agree to this transfer.
4. After accepting the transfer letter, my employer is now forcing me to sign a bond for one year, stating that they have all rights to transfer me to any designation, department, or location at any time they want, without any salary increment, transfer expenses, or any other expenses during the transfer.
5. I am very concerned about my job now due to such statements, as there is nothing mentioned like this in my appointment letter.
I kindly request your suggestions on the best solution to this problem and whether I should pursue legal action.
