Employer Deducted PF but Didn't Register Account: How Can Employees Recover Their Money?

If the company deducts the PF amount from employees for the last 2 years but has not created/registered the PF account, and in the Form 16, they also mentioned the PF amount deductions, what actions can the employees take to get the PF amount from the employer?

Register a complaint with the Regional PF Commissioner for the same.

First, file a complaint or report against this organization to your local PF office. What is the employee strength in your organization? Why have employees not requested their PF Account Number and UAN Number? Now, PF and Aadhaar linking is also available.
