How Can I Claim My PLIP After Leaving the Company Before a Year? Seeking Advice!

I have a component called PLIP (Performance Linked Incentive Pay) in the Total Cost To Company. I have left the company on mutual consent. At the time of relieving, management said they would try to process it. However, at the same time, when the settlement is done, they are saying that they can't pay since I have not completed a year in the organization. Please advise on how to get this amount since it is almost equal to one month's salary. TIA

Please review the clause in your appointment letter that mentions the conditions. If it states that the condition is completing one year, then the amount will not be paid by the company.
