Can anybody help me with what are all the mandatory medical check-ups that need to be done for Mechanical Engineers, especially those who work with heavy metals, heavy equipment, machinery, and construction equipment?

I have been associated with the type of industries that you have mentioned for over four decades, besides being an Engineer myself. The check-ups I have witnessed are the same for all branches of Engineering. This includes measurements such as height, weight, blood group, blood pressure, eyesight, hearing, previous medical history, etc., which are all part of any standard medical check-up.
