Confused About Non-Profit Sharing Bonus in Form IV? Need Help Understanding Its Role!

I am facing a problem while filling Annual Return (Form - IV) under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. I could not understand the term - NON-PROFIT SHARING BONUS. Can anyone please tell me whether Non-Profit Sharing Bonus is a Statutory Bonus or something else? I have also attached Form - IV and highlighted the confusing terms.
