That's a very important piece of information that you have shared with us. Just related to this i had a few concerns/queries, please find the same below:
- Does or how much the Team Leaders, Supervisors have to take HR activities as their role especiallylike counselling the team members, there development etc
- How to coach the Team Leaders and supervisors on HR aspects and to motivate them to take this as part of their role.
Will appreciate if you could help me on this. Suggest me some role plays/ case studies for the same.
