Waiting Over a Year for My Offer Letter and Joining Details – What Should I Do?

I got selected for a role of AET in February 2017, and till now, they have not provided me my offer letter and joining details. Whenever I ask them when I will receive the letter, they say they are providing it in batches. Why have they not provided it after one year?

Waiting for an offer letter from Ericsson for almost 1 year is such a long period. There are many possibilities as to why the company has not released the offer letter. It is possible that the company is considering the importance of the position for which they are hiring, or there may be a delay in the approval stage. However, these are all assumptions.
