How Long Can You Wait to Withdraw PF from a Private Company Trustee and How to Access EPS?

Please tell me, what is the time limit for PF withdrawal which is available with a private company trustee. Also, how can we withdraw EPS from the company trustee?

Trust-based EPF is maintained and discharged by the trust fund only. You have to contact the trust only for your queries and withdrawals.

There is no prescribed outer time limit for making a claim laid down in the PF (&MP) Act of 1952. The Limitation Act of 1963 puts a limit of three years for making a personal claim for the amount due. However, if sufficient cause is shown, the limitation can be condoned, and the claim can recur.
