In Maharashtra which are the months in which Labour Welfare Contribution is payable?

Bipin,
June & December are the 2 months in which months Labour Welfare Fund Contributions is deductible below Supervisory & Managerial employees.
Employee's Contribution Rs.12/- & Per employee
Employer's Contribution Rs.36/-
Total Contribution Rs.48/-
The deducted contributions you need to pay to The Welfare Commissioner, Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board on or before 15th July & 15th January respectively alongwith Return-cum-challan in "Form A-1 (Rule 3-A)" You may collect the challan from Board Office.
