Hello, Can someone help me to gain insight? My company provides one leave per month, and we only work from Monday to Friday. How many leaves should be provided?
State laws govern the leave to be provided to your staff. You can give more leave, but not less than what is authorized in the relevant act - Factories Act or Shops and Establishment Act concerned.
