How to calculate Working days in Annual return under factory act Form 20

I have joined my current organization recently and do not have much experience in HR field.
Please let me know how to calculate working days in Annual return under Factory Act which ended on 31st December.

Pl deduct the days of weekly off and the national and festival holidays observed in 2017 from 365 days of 2017. Pl highlight the issue you are facing in making the arithmetical calculation.

The following is the calculation for counting working days for factory returns
365 - 52 Weekly Off - 10 Festival Holoidays or whatever Festi
al holidays your factory is giving
