License & Renewal for Shops & Establishment - Form III is the License for my company?

Hi I am Pragadeeswaran from Coimbatore working in a ITES company started from 2015 April.
At that time we have applied Form III and received (Shops & Establishment - Tamil Nadu).
My question are below:
1. Is Form III is the License for my company?
2. If yes, Do we need to renewal the license on yearly basis?
3. If not, please suggest me how to apply the license?

hello everyone, i am sumeet. I have applied for Gumashta License online but not got the password though my application is accepted. Please tell how can i proceed now and what is the time period of getting Gumashta licnese after applying online.
