Hi, I am Pragadeeswaran from Coimbatore working in an ITES company since April 2015. At that time, we applied for Form III and received the Shops & Establishment License for Tamil Nadu. My questions are as follows:

1. Is Form III the license for my company?
2. If yes, do we need to renew the license on a yearly basis?
3. If not, please suggest how to apply for the license.
