chaitali mistry
What can be the causes of absenteeism and what is the relationship between absenteeism and overtime? In this case, how can overtime be considered a positive or a negative aspect?

Absenteeism is often caused by working long hours, leading to reduced efficiency. It can also stem from a lack of motivation to perform the tasks assigned.

Dear Friend,

There can be many reasons for absenteeism. Some of them are as follows:

1) Labour unrest.
2) HR policies.
3) Bad working conditions.
4) Payment imbalance.
5) Low payment.
6) Overburden.
7) Nepotism.
8) Personal problems.

You must address this matter as there may be some "ill will" towards the company. If the same person is repeatedly absent, then we need to take it seriously and investigate. There may be personal problems involved, but we still need to be cautious and confirm whether or not that person harbors any ill will. I am sharing this with you because it has occurred in my company.
