PF withdrawal selection - Only PF Withdrawal / Only Pension withdrawal

Hi ALL,
While submitting for PF i am getting two options:
a) Only PF Withdrawal; and
b) Only Pension withdrawal.
If I select the option Only Withdrawal can I get the pension amount. Or I should apply for both individually. I want to withdraw both Pf amount and pension amount. can anyone suggest . PFA the attachment for your reference

You have to apply for both PF and Pension individually.

what if we applied for PF and not Pension and continue transfer to other employer when got a new job? 10 yrs continuous service !
