Changing Your Company Name in EPFO and ESIC: What Documents Do You Need?

Dear Sir,

I want to change my company name in EPFO and ESIC departments. Please provide a soft copy of the letter and let me know which documents we need to provide to the PF department.

1) Get a new trade license, PAN card, and bank account in the new name.

2) Fill out Form 5A in EPF with the new details. Submit 3 copies of Form 5A with self-attested documents of the change of name along with a simple one-line request letter. They will process it after verifying the documents.

3) In ESIC, edit the establishment details and submit the new credentials online. They will verify and process the same. Remember to change the name, address, contact of owners, and PAN details.

I am working with a group of companies. In the PF account, the company name is Jma Rane Marketing Limited, which is a part of Jma Marketing Limited. I want to change the name from Jma Rane Marketing Limited to Jma Marketing Limited. I have approached the PF Office for guidance but have not received proper assistance. Please help me with the process of changing the name, including the required formalities and documents.
