Hello everyone, I am a simple employee in a diamond company. I have changed companies, and I want to withdraw my PF. However, by mistake, the PF officer credited some amount of one year's PF into another person's account whom I don't know. Now, the PF officer says that it's our mistake, but the old company states that it's not our mistake.
I have submitted the necessary documents many times as instructed by the PF officer and have met with the company officer and PF office multiple times, but a solution has not been reached. The PF officer keeps asking for new documents, and even though I have submitted all the required paperwork many times, my problem remains unsolved.
Please advise me on the solution to this issue and whom I should meet to resolve this problem.
