What should be the best answer of an interviewee for the question 'why should I hire you'? I am looking for a suitable answer of this question. What should be an impressive answer if you are being interviewed for HR Profile?

As the requisition is made by the establishment of repute, and thats why i am here
In my personal opinion i analyze to my personal capacity that establishment requisition and my own credentials are perfectly matching. and if we both go together, it may be possible to explore new zones of work culture. that's all

Actually I want to prove myself so I need a platform at the same time I want to develop my carrier and growth along with company growth with my contribution.
