Hello, I am looking for an updated rental agreement draft. I am renting out an office to someone, so a well-drafted agreement is needed to cover all aspects from my side.

Additionally, I need suggestions as this property has not been registered so far with the official registry office. However, I have all the necessary documents and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to prove that I own this office.
