Whether I have to pay any fees to department to obtain Employee Provident Fund (EPF) registration/ code?

Yes you need to pay Government Fees to Regional PF Comssioner Office to create new PF code.

For EPF Registration/Obtaining Employer Code, no Fees is payable.Rather you have to upload required Documents pertaining to Employer registration depending upon nature of Constitution of Company.Please log in to the portal & spend some time 7 make notes of the same to get more clarity

No need to pay fees. For registration you need to upload the following documents in pf website using digital signature of authorized person.
1. PAN card of company & authorized person,
2. address proof,
3. GST registration certificate,
4. certificate of incorporation (if company)

I have already completed the formalities stipulated therein on unified portal finally i've got user ID as well password thereof. But still didn't get EPF code or I'm unable to see the same. Pls let me know how I will get EPF code,

No fees is required for getting EPF registration Number. You try online in EPFO portal or there are private agencies also helping to get new registration number on payment some charges or else contact some one of your nearest EPFO they can also help you but you have to look into.
