What is the procedure for KYC name change

My name as per UAN is with initial (S. Arivu), However as per Aadhaar card and PAN card my name is with initial expansion ( Siva Arivu)
Due to above said reason KYC is not completed and status is failed. I applied the online request. From principle employer it is approved
Now the present status shows " pending at field office" My query is
1. What is the further procedure and how long it will take?
2. If required, to whom we have to meet to speed up the process?
3. My PF account is with trust not in RPF at Mumbai, Is any query can we ask at Chennai PF Office
4. How do we know for further any query from approving authorities?

Wait now, EPF will contact the member about the change applied, they will approve it, or will ask for some additional documents confirming the actual data.
This whole exercise is to be completed by EPF within 30 days of approval from the employer
