Hi Arivu, I noticed a discrepancy in my name between my UAN, Aadhaar card, and PAN card. My UAN displays my name with the initial 'S. Arivu', whereas my Aadhaar card and PAN card show my name with the initial expanded to 'Siva Arivu'. This mismatch has resulted in a failed KYC status. I have already submitted an online request, which has been approved by the principal employer.

Currently, the status indicates that it is "pending at the field office." I have some queries:

1. What are the next steps in the process, and how long is it expected to take?
2. If necessary, whom should I contact to expedite the process?
3. My PF account is under a trust in Mumbai, not with the RPF. Can I reach out to the Chennai PF Office for any inquiries?
4. How will I be informed of any further queries from the approving authorities?

Wait now, EPF will contact the member about the change applied. They will approve it or ask for some additional documents confirming the actual data. This whole exercise is to be completed by EPF within 30 days of approval from the employer.
