Safety & Health Audit Exemptions for Small Factories: What Does the Goa Act Say?

Is there any exemption for a manufacturing factory to conduct a Safety & Health Audit under the Factories and Boilers Act (Goa) if employing fewer than 50 employees?

In case the factory is involved in 'hazardous process' as provided in the Factories Act 1948, as per Section 41B, it is required to lay down a Safety & Health Policy and comply with it.

Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a Safety & Health audit to identify the lapses and shortcomings and ensure trouble-free working in the long run.
