Factory Rest Area Eligibility: Can We Have One with Only 135 Workers?

satismehra@yahoo.in
Respected All,

Our company has a factory license for 250 workmen, but the actual deployment of workmen in the factory during the last year was 135. Is the company eligible for a rest area?

Kindly suggest.

Regards,
