Is there an amendment to the Factory Act, 1948

Dear Sir,
Is there really an amendment to the factory act and the new name of the same the factory (amended)act,2015? Is the changes section of the said act may apply in any industries,if any one can the details of the changed section then I can segregate the same .please send form your end if any data have to your end ....please send sir....

Dear Tridibesh,
So far as I know, there is a Factories (Maharashtra) Amendment Act of 2015. As the name suggests, this Act is applicable to the state of Maharashtra only.
Insofar as the Factories Act, 1948 is concerned, there is currently a Factories (Amendment) Bill, 2016 underway. I shall attempt to attach a copy of the bill soon.
