Should We Add Consultants to Our Biometric System? Seeking Advice on Potential Issues

Dear Sir,

I am joining a new organization, which is why I am asking you whether we should enlist our consultant in our biometric system. Are there any potential problems that may arise in the future if we do so? Please provide me with suggestions on this matter and, if possible, supporting documents. I would appreciate it if you could share your opinion.

Better not to enlist him in the biometric system since a consultant is not treated as an employee of the company. Other views are welcome.

If you are using a biometric device to record the attendance of employees, then exclude the attendance of consultants. Furthermore, there are developed biometric devices that can be enrolled under different usernames and process only for the users you want. It is better to provide a separate biometric machine for non-employees.
