how to find performance appraisal for different construction companies?

I want the information about PMS & kra's of construction companies like GMR Infrastructures, HCC,GVK Infrastructure Ltd,IRB Infrastructures,Ramky Infrastructures, Madhucon Projects,Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.as for my research.
I have searched sites but am not getting it.

Most of these KRAs of leading companies remain in their domain ie in their intranet site. Only the employees can download and that too relate to their job profile / job role only. If you are a civil engg graduate, you can sit and think over. You can get JDs of various Civil Engineering profiles in internet.. Download them. From the Job Description, you can develop KRAs and KPIs... as simple as that friend !
