Hi, my name is Pinky. I work in a digital marketing institute in Dwarka, Delhi, and I live in Najafgarh. My designation is a career counselor, and I have been working with this institution for the last 7 months. However, one day, my employer asked me not to come to the office and did not pay me my salary. When I asked him how he could fire me without notice, after 4-5 days, he claimed that I had shared institute data with others, which is why he refused to pay my salary. Please tell me what to do.
