Probation period for old employee returning after resignation and FNF?

Juli Singhal
Hi, I had start working with an consulting firm in Jan 2016 and left in June 2017 due to some health issues. My company had cleared all my dues. Done with my FNF.
After 5 months, in nov, I joined again that same company. My question is that, in that case will I be eligible for probation period or will I be there as a permanent employee? Plz suggest.

You say you joined back again.
What does your offer letter say?
Does it speak of probation or permanent job straightaway?

It depends up on company's policy. If they treat you as a fresh employee and the policy is to keep a fresh employee on probation. then they may keep you on probation. As Nathrao asked, what does their letter of appointment say. It will give you the clue.

Dear Friend,
The condition of "probation" for your rejoining, is depending on your management. The probation period is fixed to judge the performance and how the probationer acustom to new working condition & suroundings.
