What would be best further study for career growth?

It really depends upon your interest and areas of improvement. If you want to improve your training skills then you can look for some course in that field, or if you want to improve your compliance knowledge then you can select course on that basis. As you already have enough knowledge and degree, so it's entirely depends upon your strength and weakness in selecting any further courses.
