In our company, some employees joined after the age of 58. They have made contributions to EPF and EPS categories, and now they have applied for withdrawal. In order to receive a full settlement, please advise me on the process.

If an employee joined after the age of 58 years, that means their contribution is only going towards EPF and not towards EPS. Therefore, they can claim the full amount.
