Night Shifts in Gurgaon ITES: Do We Need Legal Permissions to Operate?

We are a 3-year-old ITES startup in Gurgaon, Haryana, working 24/7. Now I want to know if there are any legal formalities or any kind of permission required to work in night shifts. We don't have women employees working at night but have a few who are working the day shift. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are not registered with the Shop & Establishment Act, then get it registered immediately. Shift working details should be provided to the registering authorities. There is no separate intimation required to the Approving Authority.
