Its a good initiative for the HR community. I am also there for opinions and learning too.

It is really a good idea and initiative to spread knowledge and professional skills by learning and sharing.
Though the CiteHr itself is a big platform for both (advice seekers and experts). Coz now a days the scope of HR functions is increasing day by day.
I would like to part of this. I am not directly related to core activities of HR. I used to do PF, ESI, Bonus, Labour Licence etc. jobs in a contractor company long back.
Now I take care of all those points as a Central Compliance Officer in r/o more than 100 sub-contractors for my company. I shared a presentation on Labour Laws, which appreciated and many suggestions was provided by fellow members.
