For DN - It's Bangalore, and the Employer's code is 26058.

For KF - It's Mumbai - Bandra - Employer code 47573.

Now, if you have the payslip of the respective organization, it can help you trace your PF number. Otherwise, I advise you to visit the respective offices to get more details.
