Dear all, I Tasleem working in private organisation. As my father & mother both expired. My elder sister will get ESI Medical benefits as she is my guardian? If so please share the proceeder.

Elder Sister of Insured Person will not fall under the definition of Family Members under ESI Act.Consequently, she will not get any benefit.However, Please go through your ESI E Pehchan Print & find out whether your Elder Sister name reflects there or not
If age of sister is 18/21(need to refer ESI Act) then In any case she will not come within defination or of family dependent so she cannot avail benefit under the Act.
