How Many Leaves Are IT Employees in Chennai Entitled to Each Year?

Dear Sir,

I would like to know how many casual leave, sick leave, and earned leave are applicable to employees in the IT sector in a year. Is there any act or government notification available? Please help. This inquiry is for a company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
