CL / SL / EL applicable to the employee in a year in IT Sector?

Dear Sir, I would like to know how many casual leave, sick leave, earn leave applicable to the employee in a year in IT Sector. Is there is any act or government notification available ? Please help.
This is for the company based in Chennai, Tamilnadu.
