How Do You Tell if a Candidate is Truly Interested in the Job Offer? Seeking Advice!

Hi Folks,

Of late, I have been finding it difficult to assess and analyze candidates to determine if they are genuinely interested in the position offered. Can anyone guide me on ways to assess the candidates?

You should be able to judge from body language and eye contact. However, this requires sustained body language interpretation and correction of inferences drawn. This will come with little effort.
