Change of DoB EPS members & SOP for offline claim settlement

Dear All,
Greetings for the day,
Enclosing the circular in the matter of change of Date of Birth of EPS members.EPFO is doing sincere effort to maximize Aadhar based payment to the claiments.But for those who haven't linked there account with Aadhar Card, they should submit there claim offline with the documents enclosed in the list of SOP enclosed herewith for the reference.
