If name, DOB/age, relationship and Gender is wrong in ESIC e-Pehchan card, will it affect the ESI benefits?

If employees received e-Pehchan card with many mistakes in name, DOB/age, relationship and Gender for himself and his family, how may he/employer correct IP details (name, DOB/age, relationship and Gender) in e-Pehchan card under ESIC. What is the procedure for the same.
If it is wrong in card, will it affect the ESI benefits while hospitalisation for whole family including employee.

Dear Thirumurugan, IP Details have to be entered in ESI Portal by following due procedure/Application of Mind
You have noticed some errors.Please contact your ESI Local Office in writing furnishing them with correct information vis a vis wrong Information.Please take up the matter on priority basis

Please have it corrected immediately to avoid any future confusions for the IP.

It will effect the same,especially for the IP/employee. So get it corrected.

link the aadhaar of self and family members, and visit the local office ESIC with E pahchan and aadhar card with members, they will help to rectify the errors as per aadhar data, after biometric verification

If the particulars like Name, DOB, Gender etc., of the IP and his/her family, it can be edited by your employers in ESIC portal by going UPDATE THE IP DETAILS.

Dear Anamika, i presume you are an Insured person.Please contact your Employer & inform him about wrong data like Gender etc.Your Employer will log in to his Account & will make necessary changes

If the particulars like DOB, Gender etc., of the IP and his/her family, it can be edited by your employer going UPDATE THE IP DETAILS.
But name his updated authority local esic office.
