Mr. Syed, You are asking small questions on each and every aspect of your daily work. It is better for you to join a regular professional course in English communication skill. If you are not confident, you draft a letter and post here and we will correct it. You need to learn by working and not asking from everybody. Is it easy to provide fish everyday to you or teach you the art of fishing. We want to do the latter and am not sure whether you want to lead a comfortable living by asking everything here !
