Struggling with ESS Scores? Seeking Guidance on Rating and Analyzing Results

Hello, I'm looking forward to creating an ESS in my company. Though I learned through a few discussions and documents on this platform and others on how to come up with an ESS questionnaire and the areas to concentrate on, I'm still doubtful on how to rate the scores and how to analyze and interpret the results.

Dear Aishwarya, it all depends on the type of survey (closed-ended or open-ended) that you will conduct. Hence, please check the web and let us know which type you will use and why. I have used both types for measuring service quality and also for assessing students' expectations and satisfaction with teaching sessions.
