Which Is The Best HRM Software

Hi All,
Please help me with good HRM package(software) for IT software co. As we are looking for it. Our HQ is implementing Navision for Finance dept. and they have informed me that it is useful for HR &Admin too. so i just want to know if any of you have heard about this Navision software before and what functions are there in this.
I strongly believe you guys will help me in this.
