Seeking Advice: Is Navision a Good HRM Software for IT Companies?

Hi all,

Please help me with a good HRM package (software) for an IT software company as we are looking for one. Our headquarters is implementing Navision for the finance department, and they have informed me that it is useful for HR & Admin as well. I just want to know if any of you have heard about this Navision software before and what functions are available in it.

I strongly believe you guys will help me with this.

It has all functions and applications that HR needs. Vinod can explain better than me, from the base module to middle and higher modules.
