Hi All, I have joined the new company As a HR Manager so they have one rules that they can swap their weekly off. Here this facility is only for the support team which is working for 24x7 and their weekly off are given on other day of the week not Sunday. So if they want any leave they just go on swaping their weekly off according to their weekly off with leaves so ultimately there are no leaves when they want them, so for this i have to frame the policy .
