You can appoint the person on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC). The general clauses should include his specific role and responsibilities pertaining to his skill set and your company objectives. Also, you need to give him lump-sum compensation without any breakup. Similarly, make a specific mention that no leave or other benefits available to permanent employees in the company would be applicable to him.
