Why Isn't My Pension Amount Showing After Transferring Provident Fund to New Employer?

If PF is transferred from the previous employer to the present employer, why is the pension amount not visible in the passbook? Please tell me what's the reason behind this. Will the pension amount be available in future settlement time or not? Please provide a brief explanation.

In case of previous service spanning 0+ years, it is not visible in members' passbook, but their system data reflects the same with the original date of joining.
