High Attrition in Junior Sales Team: How Can We Manage Without Statutory Dues?

mili_sinhara
Dear Sir,

Many thanks for sharing inputs in advance. In our sales team at the junior level, whose package ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, the attrition rate is high. We would like to avoid statutory dues, as withdrawal issues arise frequently. Kindly guide.

Thanks,
Milli

At any condition, don't evade statutory dues. Social measures help in retention as well.

If you want to maintain trainee status, then only the NEEM (NEESA) concept will be applicable.

Main features of NEESA

Provide employability training to individuals between the age group of 18 to 35 years. Industries can shape NEESA trainees as per their present and future requirements. On-the-Job Training for up to three years. The consolidated stipend to trainees is at par with applicable statutory minimum wages of the unskilled category in respective states without any statutory deductions. Complying with health, safety, and welfare norms and guidelines. Though the objective of the scheme is to develop employable youth, there is no obligation on the host industry to offer permanent employment at the end of the NEESA-NEEM Accredited program.

Dear Sir,

Good morning!

Thank you for sharing the information. The individuals we are recruiting are experienced professionals from various organizations. They are not trained, skilled trainees of NEEM (NEESA).

Is it possible to recruit experienced individuals from other organizations for a three-year period without making statutory payments through NEEM (NEESA)?

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Mili

Dear Sir,

Good evening!

It's a private body that has a tie-up with the government. Are you sure we can escape from statutory compliance after tying up with them? Their charges are too high, sir.

Thanks,
Mili
