Dear Sir, Many Thanks for sharing inputs in advance. In our sales team at junior level whose package is Rs,20,000 to Rs,30,000 per month.
Their attrition rate is high. Would like to avoid from statutory dues. Withdrawal issues come frequently. Kindly guide.

1.At any condition , don't escape statutory dues. Social measures helps in retention also .
2.If wants to keep as trainee status , then only NEEM (NEESA) concept will applicable.
MAIN FEATURES OF NEESA
Provide employability training to individuals between the age group of 18 to 35 years. Industries can shape NEESA trainees as per their present and future requirements. On the Job Training up to three years. The consolidated stipend to trainees at par with applicable statutory minimum wages of the unskilled category in respective states without any statutory deductions. Complying with health, safety and welfare norms and guidelines. Though the objective of the scheme is to develop employable youth, there is no obligation on the host industry to offer permanent employment at the end of NEESA-NEEM Accredited program.
