Confused About TDS in Final Settlement for Short-Term Contract? Let's Discuss!

I have a query regarding TDS calculation in F&F Settlement. I joined in June for a short-term contract. They released me in November. Till October, Rs. 1136 was deducted as TDS after considering my investment declaration. However, they are paying my November month salary in F&F settlement, but the tax deduction amount is Rs. 12496/-

How does the calculation happen? Is it calculated on my total income since joining without considering the investment declaration?
