Software development firm - what are the applicable license which has to be obtained?

Dear team, Greetings for the day!!!!!! Hope you are well.
Dear Friends i have started a new software development Firm and i would like to know what are the applicable license which has to be obtained for running the firm in Tamilnadu and what are the time frames in which the License should be obtained and also am hiring candidates on the following platform
Ios / Android / Php / web design / sharepoint / front end developer / back end developer / UI/UD designers

You need the following to be done as a part of required clearance/registration from labour and employment aspect. It need to be done from the very first day.
1) Obtain ESI registration from ESI department if you are going to have 10 or more than 10 employees.
2) Obtain EPF registration from EPF department if you are going to have 20 or more than 20 employees.
3) Register your firm under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act and get licence from Labour Department.
Rest anything related to cyber and information, you need to check with related forum. Best of luck for your new setup.
