Need Ideas for HR Presentation Topics at Our Outsourcing Company's First Annual Dinner

My company is having its first annual dinner, and we are inviting HR experts from different companies to give short presentations at the program. I have been asked to suggest topics for their presentations. Any suggestions, please?

NB: My company is an outsourcing company.

Some of the topics could be: Challenges in Outsourcing Best Practices in Outsourcing Legal compliance required in Outsourcing Role of the Principal and contractor in Outsourcing, etc.

Assessing and absorbing the outsourced employees by the parent company could be one good topic.

Skill-building for the outsourced employees could be another topic.
