letter for inviting red cross team to conduct first aid training

I want to invite the Red Cross team to conduct a first aid training for employees in my company. Can anyone suggest the format of the letter I should use.

Is it too difficult to draft a couple of sentences? Why don't you post a draft letter yourself, and we will correct it. Is it better to give a fish to somebody or teach the person how to fish? Your English is fairly good, as I see it. Develop communication skills, or else you will stay where you are, and you will never grow in your career. You will be pushed behind by those who excel better than you. Don't feel shy to learn. It is very easy for us to place an outline of the letter here.
