I need your suggestion on how many working hours should be there, how I can mark late coming and unapproved leaves, and how I can make the leave policy more effective for employees as well as employers. What benefits can I implement as a startup?

Thank you for your responses. We are in the IT domain, working five days a week. For a full day of work, it is eight hours, for a half-day it is five hours, and for a short leave, it is six hours.
